Put children to the task of choosing clothing for specific occasions with the Outfitter Modern Play Facade. This 10 ½ – foot structure remains relatively bland to allow children to choose the theme of the store. Whether camping, skiing, fishing or hiking gear kids can choose what clothing they will offer in their outfitter. If they’d like they can also just sell regular, everyday clothing as well. As children interact with each other they can mimic the interactions that they see at retail stores. This will develop their social skills and help them draw connections between what they see outside of playtime. The appearance of this structure is reminiscent of an aluminum siding, complete with a shingled roof. Three metal beams hold up the roof. In the front of the store are two barrels that serve purely as decoration and to add to the feel of an old 19th century clothing store. Complete this station by adding costumes and toys that kids can practice purchasing.
